Dr. Tiffany Hylton
Dr. Tiffany Hylton received her BS and MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed a Dietetic Internship at Louisiana Tech University. She then earned her PhD in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Community Nutrition from Texas Tech University. Her doctoral research focused on assessing the perceptions of promoting physical health in the community, specifically among Christian leaders. She also has experience teaching and developing online courses. As a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist, she has worked in a variety of clinical and community settings.
Dr. Hylton is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Nutrition and Hospitality Management. She is also the Assistant Department Chair and the Director of the master’s program in Human Nutrition.
