Juliana Eko

Juliana Eko earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Covenant University, Nigeria. After graduation, Juliana developed an appreciation for sustainable energy conversion systems following an internship with a Renewable Energy Development Company. As a result, Juliana decided to deepen her knowledge in the field by pursuing an interdisciplinary Masters degree in Sustainable Energy at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, where her research focused majorly on the optimization and design of low-carbon and integrated energy systems.
Currently, Juliana’s focus lies in pioneering novel and efficient materials design for energy storage applications, reflecting her ever-evolving research interests. Beyond her academic pursuits, Juliana enjoys hiking, mixed martial arts, and leisure reading.

Idris Adebanjo

Idris Adebanjo completed his Bachelor’s in Chemical and Polymer Engineering at Lagos State University, Nigeria. Following his graduation, Idris gained valuable experience in the fields of sustainability and environmental engineering while working as a graduate assistant at Lagos State University, where he researched bioenergy generation. Idris is keenly interested in the intersection of chemical engineering and renewable energy, focusing on designing energy storage materials. In his free time, Idris enjoys reading, anime, and showcasing a well-rounded personality and a commitment to both academic and personal growth.
