Vice-President for Conferences, 2017-2020
As Vice-President for Conferences for the Musical Theatre Educators’ Alliance, it was my job to solely plan and execute the MTEA annual conference, choose a theme held at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. I solicited workshops, panels, etc. and then chose those to be included in the conference. I then arranged programming, scheduling, as well as all logistics connected to the conference, including accommodations, off-site location spaces, and finding a keynote speaker (Broadway Producer, John Pinckard).
