Ron Harris is a native of Demopolis, Alabama. He holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies/Science, Technology, and Culture from The University of Alabama. He is currently enrolled in the University of Alabama’s School of Library and Information Studies where he is an EBSCO Audiovisual Archives Scholar. Ron has worked in the library field for more than a decade. His primary areas of focus are instruction, outreach, and digital literacy.

He currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his spouse.
