Peiyi Lyu

Peiyi Lyu’s research focuses on occupational safety and health. She works on combining methods of statistical analysis, machine learning, and spatial data analysis, used in construction safety topics. She is also interested in the impacts of climate change and natural disasters on worker safety.

​Raissa Marchiori earned her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in Brazil. Her research interests include applying Building Information Modeling in construction, relating this topic in training education. She also works on Dr. Song’s training programs related to Heat Stress and Infectious Diseases illness.

He is eager to learn new topics and novel technologies related to workplace safety and health. Solomon Sesesie Ajasa earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in Lagos, Nigeria. He has a long track record of contributing to businesses development in a variety of fields of interest, with specifics in engineering and technology. He is a research enthusiast who is interested in the adoption of Building Information Modelling towards improving occupational safety and health in Construction Engineering, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa.

My expertise and interest lie at the intersection of construction management and AI. I spent my bachelor’s gaining insights into transportation infrastructure construction. Following graduation, I pursued my interest and delved into the worlds of Data Science and Machine Learning. SAVE Lab is where my academic background and professional interest converge; it’s where I can truly make a difference in the world around me. I am committed to researching potential AI-driven solutions for construction safety, aiming to enhance the well-being of construction workers and stakeholders. As hobbies, I enjoy playing table tennis, volleyball, and the piano.
