Resources for covering military veterans

A number of organizations are working to improve news coverage concerning military veterans, a group that is often stereotyped following the end of the draft in the 1970s. Military Veterans in Journalism is working to increase the number of veterans in newsrooms and supplying resources to journalists interested in covering the military.
