- Participate in 12 weeks of group therapy sessions lasting one hour to 90 minutes held once a week
- Complete questionnaires at the beginning, at week 6, week 12, and 2 months after completing the group sessions
- Provide a saliva sample every time you complete the questionnaire
- Participate in an exit interview at the end of the study, which will last about 30 minutes
Compensation
- You will be given $15 each time you complete the questionnaires and provide a saliva sample
- Transportation assistance may be available for participants in the in-person MI + CBT group
