As the longstanding producer/editor of BEA Ignite!, I’m happy that I could edit a special issue of the Journal of Media Education devoted to BEA Ignite! Ignite! is a regular conference session that gives faculty the opportunity to share their best peer-reviewed enterprise ideas for the classroom. BEA Ignite! had ten presenters at the 2025 BEA conference. Eight of the presenters prepared manuscripts for this special issue of JoME.
