The Fringe Quarter – a collection of photos from New Orleans.

Like a lot of folks, I enjoy a visit to New Orleans, and I usually end up there once or twice a year.  For the last few years, I’ve been making a point to photograph the people who live and work in the French Quarter, in plain view of the millions of tourists but still essentially invisible to everyone.
