Hhye Won (Grace) Shin, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Nutrition & Hospitality Management at The University of Alabama. She holds her Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University. Dr. Shin’s teaching interests include lodging operations and management, hospitality marketing and management, and event/convention marketing and management. Her research centers on sharing economy, consumer behavior, sustainability, and event tourism.
