Get in touch with Dr. Peacock to let her know you’re interested. Only ten students will be allowed on the trip, so getting in touch early is important!
The cost of the trip covers tuition, lodging, most breakfasts, and about 50% of dinners. Students are responsible for their own airfare and spending money. More information on the budget will come as soon as it is approved by the Study Abroad office, but we estimate it to cost approximately $5500 (room, board, and course tuition included, not including airfare and spending money). There are MANY scholarships available through the UA Study Abroad office, and if you are at Bama on a scholarship, that money can be used to go on this program. Come and see us at the Study Abroad Fair (September 13, 11:00-2:00, in the Crimson Promenade near BB Comer Hall) or the Information Session (October 4, 5:30 PM, ten Hoor Hall 253) or just email me and set up a meeting (mepeacock@ua.edu). If you want to go, we can make it happen.
